Great face to face customer service but after I purchased 2 devices and told I was how much the bill would be a month...it was $150 extra than what I was told. Also the rep was giving me a $100 credit towards my bill and it was never applied. Had to spend about 45min out of my day on the phone explaining the situation to Verizon's billing department until they finally gave me a 'one time credit' Lesson learned....go to a Corp store to get direct true answers and service.

Absolutely wonderful store! Was given a jetpack which powered my computer and tablet and even lowered my bill! Best Verizon store I have ever been to, strongly recommend this store to anyone in the area. Even if you aren't from here go see those guys they were awesome!
